We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-lit. One of the best things about this hotel was definitely its stunning view from atop the hill, looking out over the coastline. Plus, we appreciated the convenient parking and proximity to so many great food options. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again next time we're in the area!

The view from our balcony was so relaxing after being on the road all day. A very relaxing stop over and staff extremely helpful and friendly. The travel meal packs were a great extra and tasted delicious. Thank you.

Tremendous views to the sea. Lovely balcony to enjoy the hundreds of birds feeding in the garden below. A pool featured two penguins swimming most of the day. There is also an aviary and a kangaroo cub rescue facility. Very relaxing.

One needed the car to get to the shops and beach. But that was a minor inconvenience given the many positives mentioned above.

I liked the Kingfisher for the friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and location for our two night stay in the area. The added bonus of the wildlife was amazing, .

Swimming pool was disappointing regarding cleanliness, however it was home to a sick penguin at the time.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunset. the owners were friendly and welcome, giving us great recommendations on where to eat in the area. the room was extremely clean and tidy with daily tidy-ups provided. An added bonus was the free wifi that worked well.

Upon arrival, we had trouble reaching management to check-in and thought we may have to look for another hotel, but luckily it was sorted out.

Hate electric blankets

It's a simple place but we knew that. It was clean and comfortable and has really nice views. The owners, Janine and Baron were very nice and helpful. We left Christmas morning needing to fuel our motorbikes but everything was closed. Despite having already checked out I called for advice and Baron took it upon himself to phone around and then call me back with directions to an open servo. How nice is that.

The view from my room was quite nice and the shower was hot. It was situated in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. parking was available directly outside my room.

The accommodations seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The sheets had visible stains and the carpet had a stale odor.

mum and i loved the room,the location and the weather.all was perfect.janelle and team were wonderful to us.the quietness at night was great and to wake to all the birdlife and that view was the best.

The view of Merimbula was spectacular from our balcony and it was just blissful to sit and look at the view and all the wildlife.
